Yeshivat Sha’alvim is a prominent Orthodox Jewish seminary in Israel located in the city of Modi’in which borders the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip. The school reopened on Thursday following a deadly Hamas terror attack earlier this week that resulted in the deaths of four Israelis. Approximately 150 students returned to the school and the school plans to increase its numbers of students over the next week. The reopening is indicative of the resilience of the Israeli people and their dedication to living in a Jewish state despite the ongoing violence from Hamas and other Palestinian terror groups.
